INDIANAPOLIS – Heading into Christmas, the Drury men’s and women’s basketball were honored with both of the Player of the Week honors.
In women’s basketball, junior Paige Robinson was tabbed the Player of the Week.
Robinson recorded a triple-double in the Panthers’ only game of the week, with 22 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists. It was the second-ever triple-double in team history and tied a single-game record for assists. She continued to fill out the stat line with four steals and four blocks in a 97-72 win over Missouri S&T.
On the men’s side, senior Conley Garrison earned the Player of the Week nod.
In two games, Garrison averaged 25.5 points, 7.5 assists, 4.0 rebounds and 1.5 steals.
For each player, it was their third GLVC Player of the Week award.
